Dear Aquarists and Marine Enthusiasts,

After many years of marine aquaristics, we started our commercial business in 2008 under the name “Biological Oceanography & Marine Aquaristics”.
This started with coral breeding in the living room and the first marine biology workshops and reef check courses in Marsa Shagra, Egypt in 2009, which was the beginning of a long term reef monitoring programme with our partner Red Sea Diving Safari.
In 2013 we found the old name a little “unwieldy” and split the activities into separate logos and Facebook pages.

This website went online in December 2016 after a long period of preparation, and the shop has been online since the beginning of 2021.

GREEN CORALS is the marine aquarium division.
MARINE BIOLOGY WORKSHOPS is the area of marine biology, environmental education, lectures, seminars, underwater photography, diving courses and other scientific topics. We are currently working on our own website for our marine biology workshops, diving courses and underwater photography. Stay tuned!
